The Volunteers

Our team is composed of business professionals, college students, and leaders who all share a common belief:

Everyone should have access to education and opportunity, no matter where they live.

The Founder: Kelli Dutto

What began as a weekly call just to say hello to my friends in Riverton, Jamaica, turned into formal sessions with guest speakers, interviewing practice, presentation skills, and more.

Without vital access to things such as school tuition, computers, and wifi, I knew I could only do so much. I wanted to offer more.

This led to the creation of Radar Relief. Named after my beloved dog, Radar, the name of the non-profit takes on new meaning as we develop programs to guide youth to find their direction.

What Are People Saying?

“I enjoy connecting with our students and giving back to this community through insightful, emphatic, and thoughtful opportunities. They remind me every single day of the importance of gratitude, hard work, and perseverance.”

— Kaitlyn Schwarz

“I have always believed that if I could teach one person or teenager a new skill, or a life lesson, so they don’t have to learn the hard way as I did, I have made a difference in that young person's life.”

— Troy Kapinos

“These teens show up every week; sometimes just to get a nugget of hope and the feeling they have someone in their corner rooting for them.”

— Heather Rainone
